I am so impressed with my new doors,from the start to the finish, the whole experience was very friendly and professional . Having my doors replaced last July using a very well-known known company (Safe S....) ,who ripped me off. I was very apprehensive to get someone else.I needn't have worried.
Could not fault them. They fitted a number of replacement units and from initial response through to completion, were responsive, polite and very professional - would not hesitate to recommend Dan and his team.
I couldn't have asked for a better service. I'd let my door get to a bad state before finally doing something about it, meaning I needed someone with quick time frames. Other door companies had quoted me 6-8 weeks which I couldn't wait for, so I was thrilled when Dan stated he could do it in 2-3. Not only that, but he got me out of a very sticky situation when I found myself locked in because of the state of the door. Was having problems with my uPVC front door not closing properly. Dan came out to survey it really quickly after I called, and although I feared a hard sell, he was really honest about what needed doing, a couple of hinges replacing and moving slightly, at a price I was really happy with. The repair was done today very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely keep the number to hand for future issues, and highly recommend.

George did an amazing job on our window and door installation. He kept us informed throughout and his honestly over replacing some glass panels due to a manufacturing problem, was refreshing.He was reliable and was so thorough with his work, that many of our neighbour's commented, not just on the end result, but the way he worked. Some even noticed his attention to detail even when cleaning the windows and under the windowsills, after installation. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
